He said his administration was investing largely in the education sector so as to bring unparalleled civilisation and development to the state and her people. The governor stated this at the weekend during the 25th years anniversary and founder’s day celebration of Olashore International School in Iloko-Ijesa, Oriade Local Government Area of the state. In a statement yesterday, he said his administration’s policies and programmes would further democratise education to make it more accessible, durable, affordable and sustainable for all. Represented by Deputy Governor Benedict Alabi, Oyetola noted that the focus of his administration is to secure a better future for all as being reflected in the formulation and implementation of people-oriented policies and programmes. The leadership of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) Alumni Association has expressed readiness to partner the state government in the areas of research and capacity building.
